1. About Us

The Hostess Hub Limited is a staffing placement agency registered in Malta. We connect professional hostesses and promotional staff with clients seeking event staffing solutions.

When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms, we mean The Hostess Hub Limited. When we refer to "you" or "your", we mean any individual or business using our website or services.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, scheduling a call, or engaging our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


3. Our Services

The Hostess Hub Limited provides event staffing solutions, including but not limited to:

Event hostesses for corporate and private events.

Promotional staff and brand ambassadors.

Event registration and guest management personnel.

We act solely as a staffing intermediary. We introduce clients to professional freelance staff and facilitate booking arrangements. The Agency is not the employer of any staff member placed with a client and accepts no liability for the conduct, performance, or actions of any individual placed, beyond our obligations as set out in any booking agreement entered into with the client.

All services are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific individual for any given engagement.


4. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to a consultation call and written confirmation from The Hostess Hub Limited. A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and any applicable deposit or fee has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Any specific requirements, preferences, or instructions relating to an engagement must be communicated to us in writing at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that requirements communicated verbally or after confirmation will be accommodated.


5. Fees and Payment

Our fees for staffing services will be communicated to you in writing prior to confirmation of any booking. Fees are invoiced by The Hostess Hub Limited directly and are separate from any amounts paid directly to individual staff members.

Payment terms will be set out in the invoice issued by The Agency. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full prior to the commencement of the engagement.

Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking and the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

All fees are quoted and invoiced in Euros unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes to a confirmed booking must be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice given prior to the event date. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in the booking confirmation or invoice provided to the client.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the unavailability of confirmed staff due to illness or emergency. In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement. If we are unable to do so, our liability will be limited to a refund of any fees paid for the affected portion of the booking.


7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide us with accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your event, including the nature of the engagement, venue details, dress code, and any specific requirements.

Ensure that the working environment provided to any staff placed by The Agency is safe, lawful, and free from harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate conduct.

Treat all staff placed by The Agency with professionalism and respect at all times.

Not directly approach, solicit, or attempt to engage any staff member introduced to you by The Hostess Hub Limited outside of an arrangement facilitated by The Agency, for a period of twelve months following the engagement. A breach of this obligation will render you liable to The Agency for damages equivalent to 20% of the gross value of any arrangement entered into in circumvention of The Agency.

Ensure that adequate facilities are provided to staff during the engagement, including breaks, access to water, and appropriate conditions for the nature and duration of the event.


8. Non-Solicitation

You agree that during the course of any engagement facilitated by The Hostess Hub Limited and for a period of twelve months following the conclusion of that engagement, you will not directly approach, hire, or engage any individual introduced to you by The Agency without the prior written consent of The Hostess Hub Limited.

A breach of this clause will render you liable to pay The Agency a fee equivalent to 20% of the gross value of any contract or arrangement entered into directly with that individual, in addition to any legal costs incurred by The Agency in enforcing this provision.


9. Confidentiality

Any information shared by The Hostess Hub Limited with you in connection with a booking or enquiry, including but not limited to staff profiles, rates, availability, and client lists, is confidential and must not be shared with any third party without our prior written consent.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of The Hostess Hub Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Hostess Hub Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking or engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to The Hostess Hub Limited in respect of that specific booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, conduct, or performance of any individual placed through our services beyond the reasonable care taken in their selection and introduction. Clients engage staff at their own risk and are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the suitability of any individual for their specific engagement.


12. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not use this website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised communications, or to engage in any conduct that could damage or disrupt the website or its users.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from errors. We reserve the right to make changes to the website at any time without notice.

We cannot guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
